Mandarin Courses in Montreal and Online
Mandarin is an official language in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore and is the most widely spoken form of Chinese worldwide. We offer 6 levels for students wishing to learn Mandarin, improve their skills, and gain confidence after grasping basic grammar principles.
Our program introduces students to pinyin and Chinese characters and provides students with the opportunity to explore China’s rich and unique cultural heritage in music, film, food and drink, and much more. Our dynamic approach enables students to reach their learning goals quickly, and our activities are adapted to students’ interests and needs.
How does registration for Mandarin courses work?
- Create a profile on our online platform. You will need a Gmail account to create your profile.
- Select the language you would like to learn.
- If your course level has not been determined yet or if your last course was over 6 months ago, take the placement test, unless you are registering for a beginner level course. This oral and written online placement test is required to determine which Mandarin course is best suited to your level.

Mandarin Courses
Every level of the Mandarin conversation and grammar courses focuses on teaching four key skills in an interactive manner: oral and written comprehension and oral and written communication.
1 class per week | From 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (ET)
- 3 levels :
- Level 1 | Monday
- Level 2 | Wednesday
- Level 3 | Friday
- 21 hours of classes per session | 7 weeks

- Level 3: From 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday
- 2 classes per week (ET)
- 5 levels:
- Level 1 : From 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Level 2 : From 5:45 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
- Level 4 : From 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Level 5 : From 5:45 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
- Level 6 : From 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- 21 hours of classes per session | 7 weeks

Specialized Mandarin Courses – Advanced Conversation
The courses are designed to practise guided conversation to improve oral communication skills.
